AIBE 19 Registration: The Bar Council of India has started the All India Bar Examination, AIBE 19 registration for candidates who don’t possess enrollment certificates and those who are currently in their final semester of 3-year or 5-year LLB integrated courses with zero backlogs. Previously, the AIBE 19 eligibility criteria restricted final-year students from registering for AIBE 19. However, the Supreme Court has allowed them to apply for the bar council exam. A bench led by CJI DY Chandrachud, along with Justices JB Pardiwala and Manoj Misra, passed the interim order while hearing a petition challenging BCI’s eligibility criteria.
