Bihar DCECE 2020 Application Deadline Extended: As per the latest update, the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board, or BCECEB has decided to extend the application dates for Bihar DCECE 2020 Entrance Exam. To confirm the development, the BCECEB released a detailed notification which provided all the important details about the extension in the application dates and other details. Candidates can now register for the Bihar Diploma Entrance Exam until 28th June 2020 by logging onto official website bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Application Dates Extended due to COVID-19 Pandemic

The notification released by the Bihar Competitive Exam Board cited the serious situation due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic as the prime reason for the extension in the application dates and the delay in holding the entrance exam. The notification reads that the application timeline has been revised as students from COVID-19 lockdown regions and containment zones might not been able to complete the application process. Therefore, to allow students the chance to complete the Bihar DCECE 2020 application form, the dates are being extended to 28^th June 2020. Earlier, the application process was to end on 19^th June 2020.

Application Correction Process in July

As per the dates notified in the official circular, the application correction window for Bihar DCECE 2020 will commence in July 2020 after the application process ends on 28^th June 2020. Post closure of application process, applicants will be able to complete the payment of application fees up to June 29 using bank challan and up to June 30 using online payment options; net banking, UPI, credit or debit card. Following this, from 1^st to 4^th July 2020, the Bihar DCECE 2020 application correction window will be opened by the board. As of now, the BCECEB has not released any details about release of exam admit cards or the entrance exam dates. These dates will be notified by the board later on, after assessing the COVID-19 situation in the state.
