CBSE Results 2021-22: Will CBSE give Full Marks in Term 1 Exam for Errors in Questions?

CBSE Term 1 Results Updates

CBSE Results 2021-22: As per the recent updates, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release CBSE term 1 result 2022 for Class 10 and 12 in March. The CBSE 10th, 12th result 2022 will be declared online on cbse.gov.in and cbseresults.nic.in. As per media reports, CBSE class 12 term 1 result is expected by Friday, following which, the CBSE Class 10 term 1 result 2021 will be announced this week.

Students who appeared in the CBSE term 1 exam 2021 in November-December will be able to access CBSE results by entering their roll number, date of birth and other details. This time, CBSE will also verify the errors raised by the teachers, students and other stakeholders in the first-ever MCQ based exam. 

CBSE To Give Full Marks in Term 1 Exam for Errors in Questions

The board reviewed the challenges raised and incorporated the changes too. In case, a question is found to be wrong, the board usually awards marks to the students. This year too, the board will give full marks to the students. This time, there was an error in class 10th English paper and another in class 12th Sociology paper.

There were quite a few errors pointed by the teachers and students including question numbers 13 and 14 of class 10th English paper which only featured answers/options but had asked no questions. Even the class 12th Accountancy paper was not as per the pattern suggested by the board in the sample paper. 

The board has acknowledged that there can be errors in the question papers and assured students that there is a redressal mechanism to address their concerns and they will be given full forms for the same. 

CBSE Term 1 Exam 2022 Results 

Over 36 lakh students appeared in the term 1 class 10th, 12th exams that were held in November-December. The students can check the term 1 class 10 and 12 results on the official websites once announced. CBSE term 1 result will also be available on the DigiLocker app and digilocker.gov.in. CBSE has also announced the term 2 exam dates, which will commence from 26th April. In term-2 exams, students will answer both objective and subjective type questions.
