CFA 2021 May session exams cancelled, Check schedule here

The CFA Institute has announced the cancellation of the CFA May 2021 session examinations for all three levels. The decision to cancel the CFA examinations was taken due to the COVID-19 crisis in the country. The students who were scheduled to appear for the May session of the examinations can instead appear for the November session.

The CFA Level 1 Exams were scheduled to be conducted from May 18 to 24, 2021 while the CFA level 2 and Level 3 exams were scheduled to be conducted from May 25 to June 1, 2021. Along with the cancellation of the exams the institute has also announced that the candidates will be informed about the rescheduling process via mail and will be provided with the details of the rescheduled examinations for the November session. 

CFA August November 2021 schedule

The next session of the CFA examinations is scheduled to be conducted in August and November 2021. According to the schedule provided, the CFA Level 1 Exams in August will be conducted from August 13 to 30, 2021, while the CFA level 2 exams will be conducted from August 31 to September 1, 2021. The CFA  Level 3 exams will be conducted from September 1 to 8, 2021. 

The CFA November session Level 1 exam will be conducted from November 16 to 22, 2021 while the CFA Level 2 and Level 3 exams will be conducted from November 26 to 30, 2021, and November 23 to 25, 2021.

CFA Exam details

The CFA  Examinations will be conducted in the Computer Based mode in two sessions. The first session will be conducted for a duration of 135 minutes with a 30-minute optional break while the second session will be conducted for a duration of 135 minutes. The exam will be conducted for a tidal duration of 4.5 hours.
