
The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) is likely to do away with the University level Common Entrance Test conducted by it, popularly known as the IPUCET. The University is planning to do away with the test for as many as 6 different programmes offered by it. These programmes include B.Tech, B.Arch., MBBS, BDS, B.A. LLB., and BBA LLB. The admission to these programmes will be based on scores of the respective National Entrance Test conducted for admission to these programmes.
The University issued a circular notifying the change in the admission process for 2019-20 academic year. The University also announced that the application and the registration process for the IPU Admissions 2019 will commence in the 1st week of March. The admission brochure will also be released around the same time.
List of Proposed Programme and Admissions Offered through National Level Tests
Candidates can refer to the list given below with reference to the list of the programmes and the proposed national level test whose scores will be accepted for admission to the concerned programme.

Besides these undergraduate and postgraduate level programmes, the university is already offering admission to 7 other programmes on the basis of the Nation Level Entrance Examinations. These programmes include MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, PGMC, PG Ayurveda, B.Arch. The University will continue to conduct the common entrance test for the following courses - BBA, BJMC, BCA, MA English, MJMC and M.Tech.
