
The electronics giant LG launched its latest smartphone, named as the LG Candy, in India today. The phone, an entry-level outing from the company, comes with changeable back cover and will be put up for sale starting from 1 September. The newest member of LG’s smartphone portfolio comes sporting a 5-inch display and is available in a total of three different colors, which are Blue, Silver and Gold. Apart from that, the phone is powered by a 1.3Ghz quad-core processor that has been coupled with a 2GB RAM.
The internal storage space for the phone is 16GB and the operating system is Android 7.1.2 Nougat. For the optics, the LG Candy has an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP one up front for selfies. A 2,000mAh battery, 4G LTE network compatibility, and USB 2.0 (Type B) connectivity round up the list of notable specifications of the LG Candy smartphone.
