National Youth Day 2022: As per the recent updates, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has asked the affiliated schools to celebrate National Youth Day on 12th January 2022 in online or offline mode. This day is celebrated in India in honour of the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda.

The board has asked schools to organise special cultural programmes, assembly, debates or speeches dedicated to Swami Vivekananda on the occasion. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate and address the 25th National Youth Festival.

CBSE Notice Regarding Celebrating National Youth Day

The board stated that “All Schools affiliated to CBSE may celebrate 12 January 2022 as “National Youth Day” and “Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda” through online/offline mode. Wearing of masks, following physical distancing and maintaining of hand hygiene may be strictly ensured while organising the program in physical mode.”

The festival aims to ignite, unit, motivate and activate the youth of India towards nation-building. The festival will be attended by youth representing every district of the country. By holding an immersive experience through the festival, the main objective is to unleash the true potential of our demographic dividend.

Youth To Share Suggestions

Also, the youth across the country can share suggestions and innovative ideas for the Prime Minister's speech on National Youth Day. The Prime Minister may include some of the suggestions in his speech. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate and address the five-day festival on 25th National Youth Day.

 

 

National Youth Summit

Also, National Youth Summit will be organised on 13th January to bring the diverse cultures of India together. National Youth Summit will also provide a platform to exchange ideas with homegrown, global icons and experts to disseminate knowledge and shape intellect. The festival also wishes to fuel the minds of millennials and build a post-COVID-19 template for the world that is led by the youth by crafting an Authentic Indian Leadership strategy.
