The National Institute of Open Schooling or NIOS has declared the admit card or hall ticket for the D.El.Ed (Diploma in elementary education) third examination. The admit cards are available on its official website – nios.ac.in. The will be conducted on December 20 and 21 for two subjects - Understanding Children in Inclusive Context (506), Community and Elementary Education (507). The timing of the exam will be 2 pm to 5 pm. The exam is for untrained in-service teachers under the DelED programme under the Ministry of HRD.

Step 2: Click on the link ‘hall ticket 3rd D.ElEd exam’ available on the homepage.
Step 3: A new page will open, provide your enrolment number and date of birth to log-in

Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd) programme is a specifically designed package for untrained teachers who are currently working in primary / upper primary schools of different states of the country. The programme has been developed by the Academic Department, NIOS on the initiative of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India, keeping in view the NCF 2005, RTE 2009 and NCFTE 2010. The Programme aims at enabling the target group to develop in them skills, competencies, attitudes, and understanding to make teaching and learning more effective.
The National Institute of Open Schooling works with the help of a network of five departments, regional centers and the various accredited study centers of India as well as abroad. Currently, about 2.71 million students are enrolled at Secondary, Senior Secondary and Vocational streams. The NIOS is considered as the largest as well as the most successful open school in the world. The students, who have good NIOS result, will surely have a great academic career ahead.
