PARAKH Rashtriya Sarvekshan 2024: The PARAKH Rashtriya Sarvekshan 2024 will be conducted today, December 4, 2024. The Performance, Assessment, Review, and Analysis of Knowledge for Holistic Development is being held for classes 3, 6 and 9 across 88,000 schools in 782 districts. The survey will assess the students’ proficiency in Language, Mathematics, Science, Social Science and the World around us.
Approximately 23 lakh students from 36 states and union territories will be included in the survey and the assessment will be held in 23 languages and several regional dialects ensuring accessibility to students across the country.

PARAKH Survey Details: What Will Be Assessed?
The PARAKH Rashtriya Sarvekshan 2024 will assess students from Grade 3, Grade 6, and Grade 9 across different subjects and competency areas:
- Grades 3 learners will be evaluated in foundational stage competencies and the assessment time will be 90 minutes.
- Grade 6 learners will be evaluated in Language, Mathematics, The World Around Us (TWAU) and the assessment time will be 90 minutes.
- Grade 9, learners will be evaluated in Language, Mathematics, Science, and Social Science and the Assessment time for them will be 120 minutes.
This survey also looks into the understanding of learning conditions by collecting contextual data through Teacher Questionnaires (TQ), School Questionnaires (SQ), and Pupil Questionnaires (PQ).
