Maha SCERT Webinar: The Maharashtra State Council of Educational Research and Training (Maha SCERT) will conduct a series of webinars to provide career guidance to the students of class 10 and 12. As part of the webinar series, the council has provided a list of subjects wherein interested students can take part and seek guidance from experts. The webinars will be telecast live on the state’s SCERT YouTube Channel.
Online Webinar Speakers
The online sessions from Maharashtra SCERT will have speakers who are experts in their subjects. The Maharashtra SCERT webinars aim to provide the students of class 10 and 12 with information on programmes and courses that students qualifying for the board exams this year can consider. Reminding the students of the webinar, the School Education Minister of Maharashtra Varsha Gaikwad in her microblogging site said: “Make sure you don't miss these. Starting today, SCERT Maha has organised special online career guidance sessions for Class 10 and Class 12 students.”
Maha SCERT Webinar Subjects
As per the updates, there will be different subjects in the webinar. The subjects ranging from knowing one’s interest and hobbies and choosing the right career to the role of mental health in career development features in the list. The Maha SCERT webinar series will also guide students seeking a career in Arts, Commerce, Medical Science, Technical Education, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Green Career, Research, Defence, Sports and in Travel, Tourism and Hospitality.
MHT CET 2021 Entrance Exam and Board Exam
The Higher and Technical Education Minister Uday Samant said that the CET or the Common Entrance Test for professional courses after class 12th in Maharashtra can be conducted in the last week of July or the first week of August 2021. However, the exact date for the MHT CET 2021 will be released soon on the official website. However, the colleges can not open in the present situation and online classes will continue.

Earlier, the Maharashtra SSC exam 2021 for class 10 students were cancelled. The decision was taken by the state government amid the worsening situation of the pandemic in the state. Apart from that, the state government also cancelled the class 12 board examination. The decision to scrap final examinations comes two days after the CBSE cancelled their 12th board exams.
