The online form for the UPTET 2018 will be released by the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) on September 17, 2018, at www.upbeb.org. Prior to that, the board will release the official notification regarding the examination on September 15, 2018.
The candidates who are preparing for the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test 2018 (UPTET 2018) can register or fill the UPTET 2018 online form starting September 17. The last day to fill the online form is October 3, 2018. The candidates will have to fulfill all the eligibility criteria to get themselves qualified for the next process. If at any stage, the candidates are found ineligible then he/she will not be considered for UPTET 2018.
The candidates who will be applying for the registration must provide all the authentic and valid details in the application form. In case, the candidate provides invalid documents and details then the application form will be rejected. In the UPTET 2018 online form, the candidates need to fill the personal details, contact details, educational qualifications details and other important information. If the candidates want to apply for both the Tests (TET for class I-V i. e. paper I and TET for class VI-VIII, i. e. Paper II) then they will have to fill the separate online form for the TET 2018.
Application Fee will be Rs 400/- For General and APW category candidates and Rs 200/- For ST/SC category candidates (As per the last year details). The candidates can make the payments both in online and offline format. For Offline Mode-Generation of e-challan from SBI bank. For Online Mode- Credit/ Debit card or by net banking.
For the convenience of the students, the board has kept a provision through which the candidates can modify their application form before or till the last date of the submission (which will be announced later by the conducting body).
The candidate who will successfully fill the application form will be issued UPTET Admit Card. The hall ticket will be released by the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board at upbasiceduboard.gov.in. The candidates must note that the admit card is one of the most important documents and is mandatory for them to carry it in the examination hall. The candidate without valid admit card won't be allowed to sit in the examination hall.
