Eligibility Criteria for Prof., Additional Prof. Associate Prof. and Assistant Prof. Job
- Professor: A postgraduate qualification i.e. MD/MS/M.Ch/DM (Anatomy/Anaesthesia/Biochemistry/Plastic Surgery/Cardiology) of an Indian University/Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto for a teaching post.14 (fourteen) years teaching and research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of Specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD/MS/M.Ch/DM.
- Additional Professor: A postgraduate qualification i.e. MD/DM/MS/DM/M.Ch (Anaesthesia/Biochemistry/Cardiology/Dermatology/Venerology/Leprology/Otolaryngology/Surgery/MedicalMicrobiology/Microbiology/Neurology/Neurosurgery) of an Indian University/Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto for a teaching post. 10 years teaching and research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of Specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD/DM/MS/DM/M.Ch.
- Associate Professor: A postgraduate qualification i.e. MD/M.Ch/DM (Anaesthesia/Plastic Surgery/Cardiology/Cardiothoracic Surgery/Dermatology/Venerology/Leprology) of an Indian University/Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto for a teaching post.06 (six) years teaching and research exp. in a recognized Institution in the subject of Specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD/M.Ch/DM.
- Assistant Professor: A postgraduate qualification i.e. MD/MS/M.Ch/DM (Anaesthesia/Anatomy/Plastic Surgery/Cardiology) of an Indian University/Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto for a teaching post.03 (three) years teaching and research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of Specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD/MS/M.Ch/DM.
