The Andhra Pradesh’s High Court issued notices to the government authorities of the state seeking a review of the engineering admission pattern across the state.
2.4 Lakh engineering seats are as of now, available in the convener’s quota, amongst which 2.07 lakh students qualified in the EAMCET in 2012. In the year 2012, more than one lakh seats were left vacant after three rounds of counseling for admissions across Andhra Pradesh.
