Eligibility Criteria for Director of Research (Agri.) (Tenure) Job

Educational Qualification: Passed Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Agricultural Engineering/Sericulture. Secured 55% marks or minimum Overall Grade Point Average (OGPA) of 3.00 in 4 point scale or 7.00 in 10 point scale at the Master’s degree level in disciplines of Agriculture/Agricultural Engineering/Sericulture from an Indian University or a foreign University. Ph.D. degree in any field of the concerned discipline. A minimum of 15 (fifteen) years of service experience (excluding the period spent in obtaining Ph.D. degree) in teaching/research/extension/administration, out of which a minimum of 5 (five) years as Professor or equivalent in a University or research/extension institutions. The candidate must have published at least 10 (ten) publications (research paper, book, chapter of book, review paper, monograph).

Eligibility Criteria for Director of Extension Education Job

Educational Qualification: Passed Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Veterinary Science/Home Science/ Fisheries/Agricultural Engineering/Sericulture. Secured minimum 55% marks or minimum Cumulative Grade Pont Average (MCGPA) of 3.00 in 4 point scale or 7.00 in 10 point scale at the Master’s degree level in disciplines of Veterinary Science from an Indian University or a foreign university. Ph.D. degree in any field of the concerned discipline. A minimum of 10 years of service experience (excluding the period spent in obtaining Ph.D. degree) in teaching/research/extension out of which a minimum of 5 (five) years as Associate Professor or Equivalent in a university or research/extension institution. The candidate must have published at least 10 (ten) publications (research paper, book, chapter of book, review paper, monograph).

Eligibility Criteria for Lady Medical Officer Job

Educational Qualification: The minimum educational qualification shall be at least high second Class MBBS degree from a recognized University. Post Graduate degree in general Medicine is desirable. Five years practical experience in Medical College or in a Hospital of standing is a must. Preference shall be given to persons having experience in Govt. recognized Hospitals/institutions.

Eligibility Criteria for Chief Scientist Job

Educational Qualification: Passed Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science. Secured 55% marks or minimum Cumulative Grade Pont Average (MCGPA) of 3.00 in 4 point scale or 7.00 in 10 point scale at the Master’s degree level in disciplines of Veterinary Science from an Indian University, or a foreign university. Ph.D. degree in any field of the concerned discipline. A minimum of 10 years of service experience (excluding the period spent in obtaining Ph.D. degree) in teaching/research/extension out of which 5 years in the rank of Associate Professor or Equivalent in a university or research/extension institution. The candidate must have published at least 10(ten) publications (research paper, book, chapter of book, review paper, monograph).

Eligibility Criteria for Junior Scientist (Fishery) Job

Educational Qualification: Passed Bachelor’s Degree in Fishery Science. Secured minimum 55% marks or minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (MCGPA) of 3.00 in 4 point scale or 7.00 in 10 point scale at the Master’s degree level in the discipline of Aquaculture or Fisheries Resource Management from an Indian university or a foreign university. Qualified National Eligibility Test (NET). NET is not required for disciplines in which NET is not conducted.

Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Professor (Ad-hoc) Job

Educational Qualification: Passed Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture to the requirement of the post. Secured minimum 55% marks or minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (MCGPA) of 3.00 in 4 point scale or 7.00 in 10 point scale at the Master’s degree level in discipline of Horticulture from an Indian university or a foreign university.

Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Professor (English) Job

Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in English with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent Grade of B in the 7 point scale with letter grades O,A,B,C,D,E and F. “National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the University Grant Commission, Counsel of Scientific and Industrial Research or similar test accredited by the University Grant Commission like SLET/SET shall remain the minimum eligibility condition for recruitment and appointment as Assistant Professor in Colleges.

Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Professor (Mathematics) Job

Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Mathematics with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent Grade of B in the 7 point scale with letter grades O,A,B,C,D,E and F. “National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the University Grant Commission, Counsel of Scientific and Industrial Research or similar test accredited by the University Grant Commission like SLET/SET shall remain the minimum eligibility condition for recruitment and appointment as Assistant Professor in Colleges.
