Eligibility Criteria for Asst Professor and other Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Director (Extension of Edu. Inst.): candidate should have first class Master’s Degree in Agriculture and Allied Sciences from a recognised university and PhD in Agriculture Extension/Extension Education along with 10 years experience in teaching/Training/field experience in concerned filed.
Agriculture Engineering: candidate should have Bachelor ’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering with minimum 55 percent marks or equivalent, should have qualified, and should have passed NET/SLET.
Asst. Research Engineer: candidate should have Bachelor ’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering with M.Tech in Agricultural Structure & Process Engineering/Post Harvest Engineering 7 Tech/Process & Food Engineering.
Asst Food Microbiologist: candidate should have completed M.Sc/M.Tech in Food Science & Tech/Food Engineering & Tech/Process & Food Engineering/Dairy & Food Engineering/Food Microbiology.
Scientist/J.R.O: candidate should have M.Tech in Agricultural Structure & Process Engineering/Post Harvest Engineering.
Sr. Research Asst. : candidate should have Bachelor ’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering with minimum 55 percent marks or equivalent, should have qualified, and should have passed NET/SLET.
Research Engineer: candidate should have Bachelor ’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering with minimum 55 percent marks or equivalent and should have PhD in the concerned filed along with 8 years service experience in teaching/Training/field experience in concerned filed.
Asst Professor: candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree in Fishery with minimum 55 percent marks or equivalent and should have qualified NET.
Senior Scientist & Head under KVKs : candidate should have Doctoral Degree in the relevant field of Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Science/Fisheries with 8 years experience.
Subject Matter Specialist: candidate should have Bachelor ’s Degree in Agricultural/Fisheries Science and minimum 55 percent at Master’s Degree level from a recognised university.
Jr. Administrative Assistant: candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university and basic Knowledge of Computer.
Selection Process for Asst Professor and other Posts
