Assam PAT Selection Process 2025- Stage I (Merit Basis)
The first stage of the Assam PAT selection process shall be merit-based. It means that the candidates must have passed the H.S.L.C. or its equivalent exam in a single sitting with Mathematics and Science as compulsory subjects. They must also have passed individually in both theory and practical examinations in Mathematics and Science. They must secure minimum marks in both subjects as per their category prescribed by the exam authorities. Assam PAT Selection Process 2025 for Counselling
The next stage of the Assam PAT 2025 selection process shall be the counselling round. The counselling round is conducted by the authorities to select aspirants for admission into the Assam PAT participating institutes. Candidates will have to log in, update their basic information, upload all the required documents, fill out their choice of institutes and courses based on their preference and pay application fees of Rs 300 during the Assam PAT counselling process. The seat allotment will be done based on the aspirant’s merit rank, seat availability, and preferences.
Candidates will have to visit the allotted institutions with the original documents for verification only on the 1st allotment. If the data entered in the online portal does not match during the verification with the original documents, their candidature will be rejected for that round. The competent authority will do the correction of the data of the candidate. It may be considered for the next rounds with corrected data if the candidates fulfil the Assam PAT eligibility criteria.
