Assam PSC Notified Recruitment for 03 Various Posts 2014

Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) invited applications from eligible candidates who fulfilling the requisite criteria for filling up the Posts under Health Services, Assam under H. & F.W. (A) Dept. and in Directorate of Geology and Mining, Assam under Mines & Mineral Dept.The candidates eligible for the post may apply on or before 26 June 2014.

• Director of Health Service (Family Welfare): 01 Post

Educational Qualification

• For Post 1 & 2

(i) MBBS Degree registered under Assam Medical Council. Post Graduate Degree will be given preference.

(ii) Minimum of 14 (fourteen) years of service in the state Health Service. And 05(five) years of Administrative experience in the rank of SDM &HO and above.

• For Post 3

(i) Post Graduate Degree in Geophysics from a University or Institution Recognized by the Govt.

(ii) With at least five years of experience in Geophysical works in the field and laboratory.

Age Limit & Relaxation

Age Limit for the candidate should be 52 to 55 years(for post 1 & 2) and between 21 to 38 years (for post 3) as on01 January 2014 and Age Relaxation as per rules.
 
Pay Scale

• Pay Scale should be ranges between Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- (PB – 4) with Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/- Per Month (for post 1 & 2) and Grade Pay of Rs. 6,100/- Per Month (for post 3).
• Additional other allowances as admissible.

Application Fee

Application Fee of Rs. 5/- (Rs. 2.50/- for SC and ST) in the form of Treasury Challan with full head of account “Non Tax Revenue – Other Non- Tax Revenue -0051- PSC, 102- State Public Service Commission Application/ Examination Fee Receipt of A.P.S.C.”.

Selection Procedure

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test followed with the Interview, which will be conducted by the administration.
