Eligible candidates can apply online from 05 December 2018, and the last date for online registration is 26 December 2018.     A Bachelor Degree in Law.

    (Min - 28 Yrs Max. - 35 Yrs)

    Minimum 5 years as Law Officer in Legal Dept of a Scheduled Commerical Bank, Central / State Govt or PSU or practicing at Bar or Judicial Services.

    Candidates should produce a certificate of having the requisite post qualification work experience from the Court/ Bar council/organization.

    A Bachelor Degree in Law.

    (Min - 25 Yrs Max. - 32 Yrs)

    Minimum 3 years as Law Officer in Legal Dept of a Scheduled Commerical Bank, Central / State Govt or PSU or practicing at Bar or Judicial Services.

    Candidates should produce a certificate of having the requisite post qualification work experience from the Court/ Bar council/organization.

    Wealth Management Services – Sales

    (MMG/S-II 150 Posts)

    2 Year (MBA or equivalent) Post Graduation Degree or Diploma with specialisation in Marketing / Sales / Retail. (The Institute should be approved by Govt / Govt Bodies / AICTE)

    OR

    Graduation (recognized / approved by Govt., Govt. bodies / AICTE) with One year Diploma/ Certification in Banking / Finance before joining any private Bank/ Public Bank.

    BOB SO 2018-2019: Complete Recruitment Process

    As per the notification,

    The selection process will comprise of the online test, for the posts the posts in Scale I, Scale II, and Scale III in disciplines of Legal, Wealth Management Services - Sales & Wealth Management Services - Operations followed by Interview of shortlisted candidates.

    However, if the number of eligible applications received is large/less, then Bank reserves the right to change the shortlisting criteria/interview process. The bank may, at its discretion, consider conducting of Descriptive / Psychometric Test / Group Discussion for different scales.

    The above tests except for the Test of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi

    Bank reserves the right to modify the structure of the examination including addition/substitution by the way descriptive test/case study which will be intimated through its website.

    Other detailed information, if any, regarding the examination will be given in an Information Handout, which will be made available for the candidates to download along with the call letters from the Bank’s official website.

    There will be a penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which the candidate has given a wrong answer, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is given by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.

    BOB SO 2018-2019: Probation Period, Service Bond

    Probation Period

    The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 12 months (-1- year) of active service from the date of his/ her joining the Bank.

    SERVICE BOND

    For those selected on Regular basis, they will be required to mandatorily execute a Service Bond as under:

    ‘Serve for a minimum period of -3- years in the Bank after joining the services or in lieu thereof an amount of Rs. 1.5 Lacs’.
