Eligibility Criteria for Recruitment in Bank of Maharashtra
Educational Qualification: CAs having work experience of five years and above in Credit Department of Public/Private Sector Banks
Age Limit (as on 1 July 2011): Minimum 25 years, Maximum 35 years
Selection Procedure for Recruitment in Bank of Maharashtra: Selection for the post of Chartered Accountant will be made on the basis of performance in Interview of 100 marks in the ratio of 1:4 or as decided by the Bank. Candidates possessing more than prescribed work experience in the relevant discipline shall get preference.
A Personal Interview shall be conducted to assess the candidate’s assess the candidate’s personality, level of communication, clarity & problem solving innovativeness, level of efficiency, willingness to work in any part of the country, suitability for the post, etc. The minimum qualifying marks for the Personal Interview would be 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ ST/ OBC & PWD.

The fees need to be paid through cash in the form of Fee Payment Challan available in the notification at any branch of Bank of Maharashtra in CBS Account No. 60103218200, IFSC Code MAHB0001150 with Pune Main Branch in the name & style of “:- BOM SPECIALIST OFFICERS RECRUITMENT PROJECT-2012-13”.
Obtain the Applicant's Counterfoil Copy of the Application Fee Payment Challan duly receipted by the Bank with (a) Branch Name, (b) Branch CODE NO. (c) 6 to 10 Digit transaction Journal No., and (4) Date of Deposit filled in by the Branch Official duly signed.
After applying On-Line, take two (2) Print-Outs of the duly filled in Computerised System Generated Application Form. The Candidate is required to download a copy of the Application Form and keep ready with the one set of the prescribed documents to be brought along and submitted only when invited for the Personal Interview. Ensure to also bring along the Original Documents for verification when invited for the Personal Interview. The other Print-out is to be retained by the applicant for future reference.
