•Candidate’s upper age limit should not exceed 54 years as on 1 November 2013 for General Manager (Operations & Maintenance).
•Candidate’s upper age limit should not exceed 52 years as on 1 November 2013 for Dy. General Manager (Chemical) and Dy. General Manager (Human Resources).
•Candidate’s upper age limit should not exceed 48 years as on 1 November 2013 for Chief Manager (Instrumentation) and Chief Manager (Finance & Accounts).
•Candidate’s upper age limit should not exceed 45 years as on 1 November 2013 for Sr. Manager (Mechanical), Sr. Manager (Chemical), Sr. Manager (Electrical), Sr. Manager (Fire & Safety), Sr. Manager (Human Resources), Sr. Manager (Contract & Procurement) and Sr. Manager (Marketing).

3.Dy. General Manager (Human Resources): Bachelor Degree and MBA or MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or Human Resource Management.
4.Chief Manager (Instrumentation): Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Instrumentation or Instrumentation & Control or Electronics & Instrumentation or Electrical & Instrumentation or Electronics or Electrical & Electronics.
5.Chief Manager (Finance & Accounts): CA/ICWA OR B.Com and MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 55% marks.

Selection process
Candidate will be selected on the basis of Written Exam/Personal Interview.
