• Additional General Manager (Finance)–AGM (Fin) GradeVII:1post
• Additional General Manager (Personnel & Administration)–AGM (P&A) Grade: VII:1post
• Deputy General Manager (Finance)–DGM (Fin) Grade: VI : 4 posts
• Deputy General Manager (Personnel & Administration)–DGM (P&A) Grade: VI:1post
• Management Trainee (Finance)-MT (Fin) Grade: II: 14 posts

Eligibility Criterion:

Age limit: (as reckoned on 23 December 2013)
For AGM Grade VII: 54 years (with no age relaxation)
For DGM Grade VI: 50 years
(Upper age limit relax-able by 3 years for OBC category candidates and by 5 years for SC category candidates, no age relaxation for ST category candidates)
For MT Grade II: 27 years
(Upper age limit relax-able by 3 years for OBC category candidates and by 5 years for SC/ST category candidates)
For CA/ICWAI applying for the post of MT Grade II the maximum age limit is 28 years for General category candidates with applicable relaxations for other category candidates.
For Internal Candidates: 55 years

Qualifications

For Additional General Manager/Deputy General Manager (Finance): Membership of Institute of Cost Accountants of India/Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/MBA or equivalent/Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Degree in Finance discipline of 2 years duration (Full Time Courses only).

For Additional General Manager/Deputy General Manager (Personnel & Administration): MBA or equivalent/Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Degree in HR/PM&IR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Science/Social Welfare/Social Work of 2 years duration (Full Time Courses only).

Desirable: Law Graduate

For Management Trainee (Finance): Qualified final exam conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI erstwhile ICWAI)/MBA or equivalent/Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Degree in Management (Finance discipline) of 2 years duration (Full Time Courses only).

Selection Procedure:

For the posts of AGMs and DGMs, the selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Interview.
For Management Trainees, selection will be based on the candidates’ performance in the Written Test (Computer Based Online Test) followed by Interview for those qualifying the written test. Final selection of the candidate(s) will be done on merit basis.

Application Fees: Non-refundable application Fee of Rs. 400 is to be paid online through Master/Visa Debit/Credit Card or using the net–banking facility.

SC/ST/Persons with Disability candidates and BDL employees are exempted from payment of application fees.

How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply online through BDL website www.bdl.ap.nic.in from 9 December 2013 till 23 December 2013 (1600 hours).

On submission of the application form, the System will auto-generate a Registration Number and display it on the screen along with the online submitted application form. Candidates should take 2-3 print-outs of the Registration Slip-online submitted application form with Registration Number mentioned on it-and complete the remaining formalities.

Later, candidates should send by post one of the print-out along with attested copies of required certificates/documents to “DGM, (PLG. & ED.), Bharat Dynamics Limited, Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad–500058” so as to reach the concerned authority by 4 January 2014

On the envelope, candidates should super-scribe “Application for the post of____ (name of the post being applied in bold letters)”.

NOTE: Candidates should save the filled application on their system/ PC, note down their Registration No. and keep a copy of filled application and all other documents for future reference.
