The BI Norwegian Business School located in Norway received the EQUIS accreditation from the European Foundation for Management Development in 1999 and was re-accredited in 2005 and 2010.
BI at the moment offers a bevy of two-year programmes at the MS level — MS in Business, MS in Financial Economics, MS in Strategic Marketing, MS in Leadership and Organisational Psychology, MS in Innovation and Entrepreneurship . These courses are taught in English.
It must be noted that these programmes are quite similar to an MBA degree in India. By the second year of study students will have ample opportunities to study a semester even a whole year at one of BI’s more than one hundred and sixty five international partners.
The details for the course are such : the tuition fee for the MSC programme is 11,000 euros per year. Living costs will vary between 8000 to 10,000 euros per year. Students can work part time, which will help them earn around 15 euros per hour.
Good news is that students with GMAT scores of 600 and above or GRE equivalent or a CAT score of 95% and above, and a good academic record can compete for scholarships.
It should also be noted that the Seminar on admissions and visa procedures will be conducted in the Capital on 19 January 2013 at the Governors Room, Hotel Hilton Eros, Nehru Place, between 6 pm to 8 pm. Students are required to bring in their relevant documents for the interviews, as on the spot admissions would be made on the same.
