Bihar State Milk Co-operative Federation Limited (COMFED) invited applications for recruitment of 57 various posts for Bihar Sharif Dairy Project, Nalanda. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format before 15 February 2014. The Bihar State Milk Co-Operative Federation Ltd. (COMFED) was established in 1983 as the implementing agency of operational Flood programme of dairy development on “Anand” pattern in Bihar.

Age limit

• Candidate’s age should not more than 45 years for post no. 1 & 2.
• Candidate’s age should not more than 40 years for post no. 3 & 4.
• Candidate’s age should not more than 37 years for post no. 5, 6, 7, 8 & 10 to 20.
• Candidate’s age should not more than 30 years for post no. 9.
• Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification

• Deputy General Manager (Quality Control): Bachelor degree in Dairy or Food technology or Agriculture or Chemistry or Microbiology with Post graduation in Dairy Technology/Dairy Bacteriology with 15 years experience in quality control work in a dairy/ food processing plant.
• Deputy General Manager (Engineering): Bachelor degree in Civil or Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical engineering from recognized Institute/University with 15 years experience in planning and execution of project comprising Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical works.
• Assistant General Manager (Accounts): Chartered Accountant or Cost and Works Accountant with 10 years experience in accounts, audit, preparation of budget and financial control etc.
• Assistant General Manager (Processing/ Production): Degree in Dairy Technology with 10 years experience in production department in a dairy/ food processing plant.
• Deputy Manager (HR): Master degree in business administration with specialization in HR or LLB from reputed University/Institute or Post graduate diploma in labour or social welfare with 5 years experience in the relevant field.
• Deputy Manager (Processing/ Production): Degree in Dairy Technology with 5 years experience in production department in a dairy/food processing plant.
• Deputy Manager (Engineering): Bachelor degree in Civil or Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical engineering with 5 years experience in the relevant field.
• Assistant Manager (Purchase): Bachelor degree in engineering or Master degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years experience in the purchase department of a reputed manufacturing organization dealing with dairy/food or consumer products.
• Assistant Manager (Accounts): Graduate and membership of ICWA or ICA with 3 years relevant experience.
• Assistant Manager (Marketing): Master degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Business administration with specialization in Marketing or Dairy Technology or Post graduate Diploma in Rural Management from a reputed University/Institute Or Graduate in any discipline with 7 years experience in Marketing in an organization dealing with dairy/food/consumer products.
• Assistant Manager (Processing/ Production): Degree in Dairy Technology with 3 years experience in the relevant field in production department in a dairy/ food processing plant.
• Assistant Manager (Quality Control)/ Microbiologist: Master or Bachelor degree in Microbiology with 3 years experience in relevant discipline in an organization dealing with dairy/ food/ consumer products.
• Assistant Manager (Engineering): Bachelor degree in Civil or Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical engineering with 3 years experience in the relevant field.
• Bacteriologist: Master or Bachelor degree in Microbiology with 3 years experience in relevant discipline in an organization dealing with dairy/food/consumer products.
• Chemist: Graduate degree in Chemistry from recognized Institute/University with 2 years experience in chemical analysis of milk/ milk products/cattle feed will be preferred.
• Marketing Supervisor: Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management with 2 years experience for Degree holder and 1 year of experience for Diploma holder in Marketing in an organization dealing with dairy/ food/consumer products will be preferred Or Graduate with 4 years experience in Marketing in an organization dealing with dairy/ food/consumer products will be preferred.
• Technical Supervisor: 10^th passed with I.T.I. having 12 years experience preferable in running/repair and maintenance of dairy equipment.
• Accounts Assistant: Bachelor degree in Commerce with minimum 50% marks and 2 years experience in a reputed organization will be preferred.
• Lab Assistant: Graduate degree in Chemistry with 2 years experience in chemical analysis of milk/ milk products/cattle feed will be preferred.
• Assistant: Graduate degree in any discipline.

Application Fees

Candidates have to pay Rs. 500/- as application fees through Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Bihar State Milk Co-operative Federation Ltd.” payable at Patna.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Interview.
