Bureau of Pharma PSUs of India (BPPI) invited applications for recruitment to the Executive Assistant and Management Posts under departments of Procurement, Media, Distribution, Sales etc. The candidates eligible for the post can walk in for the interview from 19 to 26 October as per the schedule.

Eligibility Criteria for Executive Assistant and Management Posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

Manager Supply Chain (Procurement): candidate should have Bachelor’s In Pharmacy with minimum 10 years experience in Procurement of Medicine and Drugs.

Dy. Manager Supply Chain (Procurement): candidate should have Bachelor’s In Pharmacy with minimum 05 years experience in Procurement of Medicine and Drugs.

Sr. Executive/Dy. Manager (Publicity and Social Media Expertise): candidate should have completed Graduation with minimum 03/05 years experience in handling social sites, making social posts, campaigning, writing tag lines.

Dy. Manager/Manager (Advertising and Brand Management): candidate should be Graduate with minimum 05/10 years experience in Advertising and Brand Management.

Executive Assistant to CEO: candidate should be Graduate with minimum 10 years experience in secretarial work.

Executive Assistant to Chief mentor/DGM/GM (Hyderabad based): candidate should have completed Either BE in any Discipline or MBA with minimum 10 years experience in secretarial work.

General Manager/Director (Distribution): candidate should be Graduate with minimum 15-20 years experience in Distribution management (Logistics & Supply Chain).

Executive/Sr. Executive (Channel Decision, Sales Administration, and Analytics): candidate should have completed BCA/B.Tech/B.Sc (IT) with minimum 02-03 years experience in sales Analysis and Sales Administration.

Dy. Manager/Manager PR, NGO Networking   & Marketing: candidate should have completed Graduation with minimum 05-10 years experience in NGO networking and PR work.

General Manager/Director (HR): candidate should have completed Graduation with minimum 15 to 20 years as HR.

Selection Process for Executive Assistant and Management Posts

Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview.
