Officer I (Personnel/HR) : candidate should have MBA (HR)/PGDPM & IR (Two-year regular course) from a recognised university
Engineer I : Graduate in Engineering - Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Metallurgy, Computer Science & Engg., Marine Engg./Naval Architecture with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years' experience in Ship Building Industry/Heavy Fabrication Yard.
Engineer II ( Safety & Environment): candidate should have B.Sc./Diploma in Engineering with PG Diploma in Safety & Environment from a recognised university
Selection Process for Officer I, Engineer I and Engineer II Posts
Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the interview
