Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) is the national Standards Body of India working under the aegis of Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Government of India. BIS has notified recruitment for 118 posts of Junior Stenographer, Stenographer, Upper Division Clerk, Senior Technician and Technical Assistant (Lab). All the interested and eligible candidates can apply to the post by 01 February 2016.
Candidates with graduate degree in the relevant discipline are eligible for all the posts except for the post of Senior Technician which requires a matric or equivalent qualification. The age bar for the mentioned posts is 18-30 years.
