• Deputy Secretary (Telecommunications): 10posts
• Pay Scale: Pay Band 3 of Rs. 15600 - 39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 7600
• Eligibility Conditions: Officers of central government or Defence organization holding analogous posts or with 5 year’s regular service in the pay band 3 of Rs. 15600 -39100 with grade pay of Rs. 6600.
• Educational Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or Technology in Telecommunication / electronics / computers or equivalent qualification or passed graduate membership program / or associate membership program of Institute of Electronicsand Telecommunication Engineers or M.Sc. Physics with wireless communications or Electronics and Radio Physics or Engineering
• Experience: 7 years technical or research experience in concerned / allied field/
• Maximum Age limit: 56 years [as on the last date for receipt of applications]

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on deputation (for maximum period of 5 years) or re-employment basis.
