Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is looking forward for admission via online application process as per the remarks from Shri. Ajeeth Prasad Jain, Senior Principal of the Bhavan’s Rajaji Vidyashram and Secretary of the Chennai Sahodaya Schools Complex (CSSC). As per him over 100 CBSE schools of the capital who are the member of the CSSC cluster may go through the online application process for admission.
The initiative is brought forward keeping in view the complexities faced by the parents for admission of their children. “We are planning on having talks with the managements and principals of the member schools soon. This will put in place an easier process for parents,” said Shri. Ajeeth Prasad Jain, adding that besides promoting efficiency, this process would also usher in greater transparency.
Even this year, many CBSE schools have consented for receiving the application forms downloaded from the concerned schools’ website and sent through post.
Parents and guardians who were eagerly longing for less stressful admission process, for them this initiative is a healing factor.
