CDAC, Mohali Notified Recruitment for the 18 Various Posts

Centre for Development of Advanced Computing, Mohali invited On- line applications from the eligible candidates for filling up the following posts purely on Contactual Basis. The relevant details of the posts are mentioned below.

Project Technician – I: 02 (Two).
Project Technician – II: 01 (One).
Project Assistant – I: 02 (Two).
Project Assistant – I: 01 (One).
Project Engineer – I / Project Associate – I: 10 (Ten).
Project Officer – I: 01 (One).
Project Engineer – II: 01 (One).

Note: Post of Project Engineer – I (S. No. 5) can be offered as Project Associate depending upon the performance of the candidate.

Educational Qualification

• For Project Technician - I:

(i) Trade Certificate in relevant trade with NCVT/ITI with atleast 03 years of post qualification work experience.  OR
(ii) DOEACC ‘O’ level with atleast 2 years of post qualification work experience.  

• For Project Technician - II:

Diploma (Three years) in Engineering with atleast 1 year of post qualification experience.

• For Project Assistant - I:

(i) Diploma(Three Years) in Engineering with atleast 4 years of post qualification experience.  OR
(ii) Graduates in Computer Science/Electronics/IT/Computer with atleast 4 years of post qualification experience. OR
(iii) DOEACC ‘A’ Level with atleast 7 years of post qualification.

• For Project Assistant - I:

BCA/BFA(Three years) with atleast 4 years of post qualification experience.

•  For Project Engineer – I / Project Associate - I:

(i) First Class B.E./B. Tech/ MCA or equivalent degree in relevant discipline.OR
(ii) DOEACC “B” level with at least 1 year of post work experience.

• For Project Officer - I:

Two years Full Time MBA with 3 years of post qualification work experience.

• For Project Engineer - II:

(i) First Class B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree in relevant discipline at least 3 years of post qualification work experience. OR
(ii) DOEACC “B” level with atleast 4 years of post work experience.OR
(iii) DOEACC “C” level with atleast 1 years of post qualification work experience.OR
(iv) M. Tech./M.E./Ph.D in relevant domain.

Age Limit:
• Maximum Age Limit for the candidate is 30 Years as on the closing date of receipt of application for Project Technician I & II, Project Engineer–I and Project Officer-I.
• Maximum Age Limit for the candidate is 35 Years as on the closing date of receipt of application for Project Assistant-I and Project Engineer-II.

Pay Scale/ Remuneration  

• For Project Technician-I

Pay Scale of Rs. 13,500/- to Rs. 21,350/- Per Month.

• For Project Technician-I

Pay Scale of Rs. 15,500/- to Rs. 24,650/- Per Month.

• For Project Assistant-I

Pay Scale of Rs. 19,500/- to Rs. 31,150/- Per Month.

• For Project Engineer–I /Project Associate-I

Pay Scale of Rs. 31,000/- to Rs. 49,450/- Per Month. (for Project Engineer).
Pay Scale of Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- Per Month. (for Project Associate).

• For Project Officer-I

Pay Scale of Rs. 31,000/- to Rs. 53,550/- Per Month.

• For Project Engineer-II

Pay Scale of Rs. 37,000/- to Rs. 59,050/- Per Month.

Fee Payment  

• Demand Draft (DD) for an amount of Rs. 500/- for each post in favour of Executive Director, C-DAC, Mohali.

• No fee is payable by candidates belonging to SC/ST and departmental candidates.

How to Apply  

• Interested candidates should apply online. A print out of the application form along with attested copies of certificate and DD of fee must be sent through Regd Post/Speed Post/personally at C-DAC, Mohali.

Selection Procedure

The candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test/ Trade Test/ Interviews, which might be conducted by the administration.
