Eligibility Criteria for Caretaker, Junior Account Officer and Other Posts
Registrar- Candidate should holding the analogous post in the Central Government/State Government/High Court or posts with Grade Pay of Rs. 7600 with a minimum of five year regular Service in the grade or post with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600 with a minimum of ten year regular service or officers holdings post of District Judge/Aditional District Judge/Registrar/Additional Registrar of High Court on regular basis.
Joint Registrar- The candidate should have analogous post in the Central Govt/State govt./high court or post with pre-revised pay band-3 with a minimum of five year regular service in the grade or judicial officer with minimum of eight years regular service.
Principal Private Secretary- Officer of central govt./state govt/high courts holding analogous posts of Principal Private Secretary on regular basis in pre-revised pay band-3.
Court Officers- officer working under Central Government/State Government/High courts holding analogous post on regular basis with 8 years of regular service in the post of Assistant or equivalent in the scale of Pre-revised Pay band-2
Private Secretary- officers holding the post of Stenographers in the Central Govt./State govt. holding analogous post on regular basis with 6 years of regular service in the scale of pre-revised pay band-2 (Rs.9300-34800 Plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4600)
Court Master/Stenographer Grade C- The candidate holding the analogous post of Stenographer with 8 years of regular service in Central Government or State Government.Central Government or State Government in the pre-revised pay band- 1 (Rs 5200-2020 Plus Grade pay of Rs 2400)
Senior Translator- The candidate working under state govt. or central govt. with 5 years of regular service in the pre-revised pay band-2 (Rs.9300-34800 Plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4600)
Junior Account Officer- The candidate working under central govt, state govt or SAS accountant, junior Accounts officer in the various Accounting organizations or Upper Division Clerks of Central government with 10 years of service in the grade who have undergone Cash and accounts, budget works
Caretaker- Officers working under central govt or state govt holding the post in the scale of Pre-revised Pay Band-1 (Rs.5200-20200 Plus Grade Pay of Rs 2400) with 8 years of regular service in the grade.
Photocopier- The candidate holding the post in the scale of pre-revised pay band-1 (Rs 5200-20200 Plus Grade Pay of Rs 1800) with three years of service in the grade under Central government or State government.
Dispatch Rider- The candidate holding the post in the scale of pre-revised pay band-1 (Rs 5200-20200 Plus Grade Pay of Rs 1800)on the basis of the result of Driving Test to assess the competence to drive motor cycle or auto rickshaw and have a valid Driving Licence for Motor cycle or auto rickshaw with two years driving experience.
Educational Qualifications for Caretaker, Junior Account Officer and Other Posts
Registrar, Joint Registrar - The candidate should have Law Degree.
Senior Translator- The candidate should have the Master’s Degree from a recognized University in Hindi with English as compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level. Or Master’s degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level. Or Master’s Degrees in any subject other than English or Hindi, with Hindi Medium or English as a compulsory or elective subject or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level. Or Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English Medium or Hindi as a elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level. Or Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level and Recognized diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa or three years of experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central Government or State Government offices.
Caretaker- The candidate must have a degree from a recognized University.
Photocopier- The candidate must be 10 pass or equivalent from a recognized University or Board with Proficiency of experience in handling Photocopying Machines.
Dispatch Rider- The candidate must be 10th pass or equivalent from a recognized Board.
Age Limit- 64 Years
