Central Bank of India will start its recruitment process for filling up 1000 vacant posts of Probationary Officers (PO) from 11 May 2012

Central Bank of India will start its recruitment process for filling up 1000 vacant posts of Probationary Officers (PO) from 11 May 2012. The recruitment process of the bank will end on 25 May 2012.

Candidates who have completed their Graduation and have a valid IBPS Score card can apply for the post. In addition the candidate who has certificate in Computer Awareness & Office Automation Course for duration of minimum 60 hours from a reputed Computer Training Institute are eligible to apply.

The candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September 2011/ Supplementary written examination on November 2011 and Interview.

Central Bank of India was established in 1911 and was the first Indian commercial bank which was wholly owned and managed by Indians. Central Bank of India holds a very prominent place among the Public Sector Banks on account of its network of 3656 branches and 178 extension counters at various centres throughout the country.
