Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must have a M.Tech / M.Sc from a recognised institute/university in one of the following subjects: geophysics, geology, meteorology, physical oceanography, geography, hydrology or related subjects. Candidates with BE/B Tech/ME/MTech in civil engineering/geo engineering/remote sensing/geoinformatics can also apply.  SIR-NET/GATE qualified candidates will be given preference. Knowledge in spatial technologies will be preferred. Knowledge in GIS,Image Processing and Computer Programming will be an added advantage. 

Pay scale

Selected candidate will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs.16,500/- P.M. 

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview, venue and dates of which will be notified to the selected candidates via email.
