COMFED Notified Recruitment for Marketing Personnel 2014

Bihar State Milk Co-operative Federation Limited (COMFED) invited applications for recruitment of marketing personnels for SUDHA milk & product marketing operations in Delhi – NCR and adjoining regions. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format before 15 February 2014. The Bihar State Milk Co-Operative Federation Ltd. (COMFED) was established in 1983 as the implementing agency of operational Flood programme of dairy development on “Anand” pattern in Bihar.

• Assistant General Manager (Marketing): 1 Post
• Manager (Marketing): 3 Posts
• Assistant Manager (Marketing): 5 Posts
• Senior Marketing Assistant: 1 Post

Total No. of Posts: 10 Posts

Age limit

• Assistant General Manager (Marketing): Candidate’s age should not more than 60 years.
• Manager (Marketing): Candidate’s age should not more than 45 years.
• Assistant Manager (Marketing): Candidate’s age should not more than 37 years.
• Senior Marketing Assistant: Candidate’s age should not more than 37 years.
  

Educational Qualification

• Assistant General Manager (Marketing): Master degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing or Dairy Technology or Post Graduate diploma in Rural Management with 10 years experience in a managerial capacity.
• Manager (Marketing): Master degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing or Dairy Technology or Post Graduate diploma in Rural Management with 8 years experience in a managerial capacity.
• Assistant Manager (Marketing): Master degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Business administration with specialization in Marketing or Dairy Technology/ Post graduate Diploma in Rural Management from a reputed University/ Institute. Or Graduate in any discipline with 7 years experience in Marketing in an organization dealing with dairy/food/consumer products.
• Senior Marketing Assistant: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or Institute with 3 years experience in Marketing in an organization dealing with dairy/food/consumer products will be preferred.
  

Application Fees:

Candidates have to pay Rs. 500/- as application fees through Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Bihar State Milk Co-operative Federation Ltd.” payable at Patna.

Pay scale

• Assistant General Manager (Marketing): Rs.80,000/- per month
• Manager (Marketing): Rs.50,000/- per month
• Assistant Manager (Marketing): Rs.35,000/- per month
• Senior Marketing Assistant: Rs.25,000/- per month
  

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Interview.
