CSIR -Central Salt And Marine Chemicals Research Institute (CSMCRI) Job Notification: CSIR -Central Salt And Marine Chemicals Research Institute (CSMCRI) has invited applications for the Project Associate-I and Project Assistant Level I posts. Eligible and interested persons can apply for CSIR -Central Salt And Marine Chemicals Research Institute (CSMCRI) Recruitment 2020 through the prescribed application format on or before 28 August 2020.
Applications are invited from talented and motivated candidates for Project Associate-I (07 posts) and Project Assistant Level –I (03 posts) to work in the CSIR -sponsored projects in the area of ‘Micro and Macro-algae derived value-added products’ entitled "New generation hybrid formulations employing one or more constituents among biostimulants, biofertilizer and nano -fertilizers : Applications and mechanism” and “Process development for the production of phytol and lutein from microalgae through valorization of agro -wastes”. The number of vacancies is tentative and may vary at the time of interview.

Eligibility Criteria for Project Associate-I and Project Assistant Level I Job
Educational Qualification and Age Limit:
- Project Associate- I: M.Sc in Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Marine Biology/Environmental science and having preferably at least 06 months of relevant research experience (OR) B. Tech in Biotechnology/Biochemical Engineering and having preferably at least 6 months of relevant research experience. Age Limit: 35 years.
- Project Assistant Level I: B.Sc /B.R.S. in Agriculture/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Botany/Biology/any plant sciences with at least 55% aggregate marks. Age Limit: 28 years.
Salary:
- Project Associate- I: Rs. 31,000 per month.
- Project Assistant Level I: Rs. 20,000 per month.

How to Apply
Eligible and interested persons can apply for CSIR -Central Salt And Marine Chemicals Research Institute (CSMCRI) Recruitment 2020 through the prescribed application format on or before 28 August 2020. Interested candidates meeting the above requirements shall send the scanned copy of the duly signed application form (in the prescribed format available with the advertisement uploaded in the institute’s website www.csmcri.res.in/jobs/temp) along with the soft copy of supporting documents (educational qualifications, date of birth proof, etc) by e-mail to dineshkumar@csmcri.res.in on or before 28 August 2020.
