Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification

• Registrar: Candidates must be Officers holding analogous posts in the Central or State Governments or having five years regular service in the pre-revised scale of pay of Rs. 12000-1650o preferably possessing Law Degree having experience of judicial work or
Officers from Judicial Service in the Selection Grade in the Scale of pay of 15600- 39100 (P8-3) (pre-revised scale of Rs 12000-16500) with five years regular service in the grade or Officers of High Court or District and Sessions Court or Tribunals holding analogous post or Assistant Registrar in the pre-revised scale of pay of Rs. 12000-16500 or equivalent with five years regular service in the grade.

• Reader: Candidate must be Officers holding analogous posts in the Central or State Governments or having five years regular service in the pre-revised scale of pay of Rs 10000-15200 (corresponding to revised pay band of Rs. 15600-39100 & GP of Rs. 6600) having Law Degree. or Officers of High Court or District and Sessions Court or Tribunals holding analogous post, or Court Masters in the pre-revised scale of pay of Rs. 12000-15600 (correspond ding to revised pay band of Rs. 15600-39100 & GP of Rs. 6600) or equivalent such as Administrative Officer (Judicial) or Superintendent in High Court or District & Sessions Court or Tribunals with five years regular service in the grade.

• PS to Chairperson: Candidates must be Officers in the Central Govt or State Govts Or in Courts holding analogous posts on regular basis and having a degree from a recognized University: or Stenographers Grade C with eight years service in the pre-revised scale of pay of Rs. 5500.175.9000 (corresponding to revised pay band of Rs. 9300-34800 8 grade pay of Rs. 4200 or equivalent and having a degree from a recognized University Desirable: Preference will be given to persons having experience in legal and judicial work

• Age Limit:  Not more than 56 years
