Delhi Government to Recruit Around 9623 Teachers in the Next Fiscal Year

    The Delhi budget announced by Deputy Chief Minister/Finance Minister Manish Sisodia on Monday has good news for candidates looking for teaching jobs. The Delhi government has sanctioned around 9623 Teachers posts for the next fiscal year apart from the 5500 Delhi teachers jobs in the current session.

    Sisodia also stated that around 1101 new schools will be opened to raise the education standard in government schools by reducing the faculty student ratio and more than 9623 Teacher’s recruitment will be done for the same. Delhi Finance Minster Sisodia citing his party’s election manifesto has stated that they have started construction of around 83 School Building and soon will establish around 50 model schools and continue its expansion scheme with around 1101 schools in the coming year.

    Current budget is an effort to ensure quality education to all classes and an adequate number of qualified teacher recruitment will be done.

    Delhi Government has almost doubled education budget, around 9836 crores were proposed for the same. With the expansion of educational infrastructure employment opportunities in the education field for the qualified youth has increased with new job opportunities as Teachers’ with around 9623 expected job vacancies in Delhi.

    More teachers’ vacancies in Delhi can be expected with the construction of around 1101 schools in addition to current expansion of  around 442 schools in two shifts by Delhi Government.
