- Assistant Manager (Finance )-Officers of the organized Accounts Department serving on analogous post or Officers having five years experience in pre-revised pay scale of Rs.6500-10,500/-in a supervisory capacity in Accounts, Finance/Audit work after qualifying SAS examination or Executive/officers of the Public Sector Undertaking with CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) qualification with 03 years experience in Accounts, Audit/Finance
- Assistant Manager (Legal)- Officers of Central/State Government/UTs/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies- holding analogous posts on regular basis. With five years regular service in the posts in the scale of pay of Rs.6500-10500 or equivalent
