DIC, PU Recruitment 2016 for 11 Project Assistant and Junior Project Assistant Posts

Design Innovation Centre (DIC) invited applications for the post of Project Assistant and Junior Project Assistant. The eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format on or before 02 May 2016.

Under DIC, PU Recruitment 2016, out of total 11 posts, 09 posts are for Project Assistant and 02 posts are for Jr. Project Assistant.

Eligibility for Project Assistant (Energy Harvesting and Management Technologies)- Students who have cleared at least two years of BE/B.Tech Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering 

Eligibility for Project Assistant (Traffic Sensing and IT)- Students who have cleared at least two years of BE/B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering

Eligibility for Project Assistant ( Medical Devices and Restorative Technologies)- M.E./M.Tech (Mechanical/Manufacturing)+1year research experience in composite fabrication, characterization analysis software and publications, GATE qualified

Eligibility for Project Assistant ( Medical Devices and Restorative Technologies)- M.E./M.Tech (Mechanical/Manufacturing)+1year research experience in composite fabrication, characterization analysis software and publications, GATE qualified

Eligibility for Project Associate(Traffic Sensing and IT)- ME/M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering /IT and one year research experience, GATE qualified

Eligibility for Junior Project Assistant (Medical Devices and Restorative technologies)- M.E./M.Tech (Computer Science and Engineering and interest in Computer vision and image processing and publications

Eligibility for Junior Project Assistant (Energy Harvesting and Management Technologies)- ME/M.Tech (Electrical Engineering) and interest in energy management related prototype development

Eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format and send the applications along with other necessary documents to the Director, University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET), Panjab University, Chandigarh-160 014. Last date of receipt of application is 02 May 2016.
