Educational Qualification:  12th Class Pass or equivalent qualification from any recognized Board or University; Skill Test Norms only on Computer: Typing speed @ 35 words per minute in English (or) Typing speed @30 words per minute Hindi is not necessary. However, toe Skill Test is to be qualified within two years from the date of appointment by the selected candidate. Basic knowledge in Computers; Sportsman who has represented in any Of the following, in order of priority: a) Represented State: or the Country in the National 'or International Competition in Volleyball, Football, Kabaddi, Table Tennis, Carrom, Badminton & Shooting. b) University Level in the Inter-University tournaments conducted by the Inter-University Sports Board in volleyball, Football, Kabaddi, Table Tennis, Carrorn, Badminton & Shooting.'
