Eligibility Criteria for Chief General Manager and Deputy General Manager Posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

Deputy General Manager (ICT): candidate should have completed B.Tech/ B.E degree with 14 Years post qualification experience (including 02 Years in CPSE).

Chief General Manager (ICT):  candidate should have completed B.Tech/ B.E degree (IT/ CS) with 14 Years post qualification experience (including 02 Years in CPSE).

Candidates applying for above posts should also have Strong communication and networking skills and understanding of Govt. sector market, should be result driven, customer focused, and skills in Sales planning, presentation and negotiation skills along with business networking, market and competitor landscape/mapping and Team management skills.

Selection Process for Chief General Manager and Deputy General Manager Posts

Candidates will be selected on the basis of experience and performance in the interview.
