Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Engineer, Deputy Manager & Other posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

• Deputy Manager (Technical): Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Tech.
• Deputy Manager (Finance): CA/ICWA.
• Assistant Manager: Associate Member of Indian Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS).
• Officer: Associate Member of Indian Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS).
• Assistant Officer Gr. II (Finance): M.Com.
• Assistant Officer Gr. II (HR): Post graduate Degree/Equivalent course in HR/MBA with specialization in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Management/Psychology.
• Assistant Manager (International Business): Graduate with Master in International/Global Business.
• Assistant Engineer Gr. III (Technical): Diploma in Engineering/Technology.
• Assistant Engineer Gr. II (Contracts): Diploma in Engineering/Technology.

Age Limit for Assistant Engineer, Deputy Manager & Other posts

• Not exceeding 37 years for post no. 1, 2, 3 & 7.
• Not exceeding 30 years for post no. 4, 5, 6 & 9.
• Not exceeding 27 years for post no. 8.
