Eligibility Criteria for Senior Resident Posts

Educational Qualifications and Experience Criteria

Senior Resident 1-Year on Contract against GDMOs Or Till Regular Incumbent Joins – MBBS with PG, MD, DNB or Diploma in concerned Specialty from recognized university, registered with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council. If such candidates are not available, then candidates having 2 years experience after MBBS, out of which 1 year experience in the concerned specialty.

Part Time Specialist on Contract (1-Year)- MBBS with P.G. Degree or equivalent with post PG experience of 3 years or PG Diploma having post PG experience of 5 years respectively in particular Specialty.

Age Limit for Senior Resident Posts

• Senior Resident 1-Year on Contract against GDMOs Or Till Regular Incumbent Joins - Not exceeding 35 years
• Part Time Specialist on Contract (1-Year)- Up to 45 years as on the date of interview; For retired specialist (Government) up to 64 years as on the date of interview.
