- Project Assistant-II (CrP): First class Post-graduate degree in Geology or equivalent.
- Project Assistant-II (CrP): First class Post-graduate degree in Environmental Sciences or equivalent.
- Project Assistant-II (HyP): First class Post-graduate degree in Geology/Marine Geology or equivalent. First class Post-graduate degree in Environmental Sciences or equivalent.
- Project Assistant-II (AtP): First class Postgraduate Degree in Physics/Atmospheric Science/ Meteorology or equivalent.
- Project Assistant-II (AtP): First class Postgraduate Degree in Electronics/Physics/Atmospheric Science/Meteorology/Hydrometeorology/Water Resources or equivalent.
- Project Assistant-II (CGL): First class Postgraduate Degree in Geology/Geoinformatics/Remote Sensing or equivalent.
- Project Assistant-II (CoP): First class Postgraduate Degree in Oceanography/Ocean Science/Ocean Engineering/ Ocean Technology/Marine Structures/Physics / Marine Geology or equivalent.
