Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

1) Manager (Finance): The candidate should have a degree of CA OR ICWA with minimum 08 years working experience in Finance & Accounts. Those who are working in Govt./PSUs, out of 08 years, two years’ experience in the next below scale 20600- 46500/10750-300-16750 (2007/1997 pay scales) is essential.

2) Assistant Manager (Accounts): The candidate should have a degree of CA OR ICWA with 1) CA – No experience 2) ICWA - Minimum 02 years working experience in Finance & Accounts.

3) Assistant Manager (Mining): The candidate should have a degree of Mining Engg./AMIE with Second Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Restricted) under MMR, 1961.

4) Assistant Manager (Technical): The candidate should be an Engg. Graduate in Information Technology from a recognized university. Or regular Post Graduate Engg. in Information Technology from a recognized university. 1) Engg. Graduate - Minimum 02 years relevant working experience. 2) Post Graduate in Engg. – No experience

5) Assistant Manager (Chemist): The candidate should be M.Sc. (Chemistry) from a recognized university or Ph.D. in chemistry. 1) M.Sc. - Minimum 02 years analytical experience in chemical control laboratory of an industrial concern. 2) Ph.D. – No experience

6) Assistant Manager (Geology): The candidate should have a degree in M.Sc. (Geology) from a recognized university with 02 years working experience.

7) Mine Foreman Gr.-III: The candidate should  be 12th Pass with Foreman Certificate (Restricted) under MMR, 1961 or  Diploma in Mining or Mine Surveying With Foreman Service Certificate (Restricted) under MMR 1961 ) or Degree in Mining Engg/AMIE. 1) 12th Pass – Minimum 03 years working experience in the line after obtaining Forman’s Certificate (Restricted). 2) Diploma with Foreman Certificate Minimum 01 year working experience in the line after obtaining Foreman’s Certificate (Restricted). 3) Degree in Mining Engg/AMIE - No experience.

8) MTS/Office Assistant Gr.–II: The candidate should  be 1) Graduate 2) Computer Qualification from an Institute registered with the Government. The Candidates should have minimum 03 years relevant working experience in clerical line in an industrial establishment.

9) Mining Mate Gr.-III: The candidate should  be 12th Pass with and should possess Mining Mate’s Certificate (Restricted) under MMR, 1961.

10) Accounts Assistant Gr.-III: the candidate should have a Graduation in B.Com with Computer Qualification from an Institute registered with the Government.
