FMS Delhi Admission in Waiting Mode

FMS Delhi is still in waiting mode for the admission process while all the 19 IIMs and other top rated B schools accepting CAT 2014 scores have started the process of PI round. “We are in the process of receiving the CAT score of the applicants and will be announcing the cut-off sometime soon", said Dr M L Singla, Dean FMS Delhi.

CAT 2014 result was declared on Dec 27, 2014 and MBA aspirants were anticipating an early declaration of shortlist for full time MBA 2015-17 batch at FMS Delhi, however due to delay in collection of CAT 2014 scores and collation of such collected scores the declaration of shortlist at FMS Delhi is further delayed.

The delay in declaration of shortlist for MBA 2015-17 programme by FMS Delhi is creating more anxiety among the candidates who are hopeful to be shortlisted for final admission round at this B school. They are scared because in case their name doesn’t figure in the shortlist, they will have to seek admission opportunity in some 2nd tier B school where admission is open as by the time, FMS declares the shortlisted candidates, the admission process in all other top-rated B-schools might get over.
