Government Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh Job Notification 2021: Government Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh has invited applications for the recruitment to the posts of Consultant, Medical Officer and Sr. Resident. Eligible and interested persons can appear for walk-in-interview on 27 April 2021.

Keeping in view to cope-up with the urgent situation COVID-19 Pandemic a walk-in-interview for filling up the following posts is going to be held on 27 April 2021 at 12:00 noon in the office of Director Principal, GMCH-32 Chandigarh for a period of three month for the time being purely on consolidated pay fixed against each post.

Eligibility Criteria for Consultant, Medical Officer and Sr. Resident Job

Educational Qualification:

• Consultant/General Medicine: M.D (Medicine)/M.D (General Medicine) from a recognized university/institution or equivalent.
• Consultant/Pulmonary Medicine: M.D (Tuberculosis)/M.D TB & Respiratory Disease/MD Medicine with T.D.D.D.T.D. or D.T.C.D/MD (TB & Chest Disease) from a recognized university/institution or equivalent.
• Consultant/Anesthesia: MD/DNB/DA (Anesthesiology) from a recognized university/institution or equivalent.
• Consultant/Microbiology: MD (Bacteriology)/MD (Microbiology)/MBBS with M.Sc. (Medical Bacteriology) from a recognized university/institution or equivalent.
• Medical Officer (Medicine): MBBS and above DNB/Diploma/MD in General Medicine.
• Medical Officer/Senior Residents (Anesthesia): MBBS and above DNB/Diploma/MD in Anesthesia.
• Medical Officer/Pulmonary Medicine: MBBS and above DNB/Diploma/MD in Pulmonary Medicine.
• Senior Resident (Pulmonary Medicine): MBBS and above DNB/Diploma/MD in Pulmonary Medicine.
• Senior Resident (Microbiology): MBBS and above DNB/MD in Microbiology.

How to Apply

Eligible and interested persons can appear for walk-in-interview on 27 April 2021. The applicants are invited to appear for a walk-in-interview along with two passport size recent photographs, all testimonials (originals & self attested photocopies) and Registration Certificate on 27 April 2021 at 12:00 noon for contractual engagement in the GMCH, Chandigarh.
