The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will conduct the GPAT 2025 exam on May 25, 2025, for admission to various MPharma programmes. The exam will be held in computer-based mode at designated test centres across the country. Admit cards for the same will soon be available on the official website, natboard.edu.in.
GPAT 2025 is being conducted for admission to MPharma and equivalent courses at over 800 participating institutes and AICTE-approved institutes across India. GPAT 2025 Exam Day Guidelines
GPAT is scheduled for May 25. With the exam just around the corner, candidates should not only focus on revision but also on the exam day guidelines issued by the authorities in previous year. These guidelines include detailed instructions regarding the reporting time, documents to carry, dress code and a list of prohibited items in the examination hall. - Arrive at least an hour before the exam timings to complete the verification process.
- Candidates who arrive at the examination center after the gate closing time will not be permitted to enter the premises under any circumstances.
- Aspirants are not permitted to leave the examination hall without the invigilator's permission.
GPAT Dress Code
Aspirants must follow the prescribed dress code for GPAT exam to avoid any hassle.
- Opt for light coloured casual clothes instead of heavy clothes.
- Chunky jewellery are a big no. Female candidates are advised not to wear brooches, huge earrings, badges, etc.
- Aspirants must wear slippers or sandals instead of shoes.
What to Carry on GPAT 2025 Exam Day
- GPAT admit card is an essential document. Without it, candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination center under any circumstances.
- Valid photo identification proof such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Passport, or Driving Licence.
- Recent coloured passport-size photographs
- Original PwBD certificate, if applicable.
What not to Carry on GPAT Exam Day
NBEMS follows a strict frisking procedure to maintain exam integrity. Every test-taker will be frisked before entering the examination hall. Listed below are the items that will not be allowed inside the examination hall:
- Any electronic device, such as calculators, mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, earphones, pagers, and health bands.
- Any metallic items or ornaments.
- Books, notepads, or other textual materials are strictly prohibited.
- Items like wallets, handbags, or backpacks must be kept outside the examination hall.
