Haryana Power Utilities Job Notification:

Haryana Power Utilities (HPUs) i.e., Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (HVPNL), Haryana Power Generation Corporation Limited (HPGCL), Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited (UHBVNL) and Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited (DHBVNL) are wholly owned companies responsible for generation, transmission and distribution of electricity in the state of Haryana, invited applications for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Engineer/ Electrical & Assistant Engineer/ Civil in various disciplines through GATE 2017.

The eligible candidates can apply online to the post through the prescribed format on or before 04 October 2016.

Eligibility Criteria for Haryana Power Utilities Assistant Engineer/ Electrical & Assistant Engineer/ Civil Jobs:

Educational Qualification:

• Assistant Engineer/ Electrical

1. Electrical discipline: Full-time Bachelor of Engineering Degree or equivalent Degree from a university duly recognized by Central Government or a State Government with a minimum of 60% marks in respect of General category & other category candidates and 55% marks in respect of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering discipline.
2. Mechanical Discipline: Full-time Bachelor of Engineering Degree or equivalent Degree from a university duly recognized by Central Government or a State Government with a minimum of 60% marks in respect of General category & other category candidates and 55% marks in respect of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile in Mechanical Engineering discipline.
3. Information Technology discipline: Full-time Bachelor of Engineering Degree or equivalent Degree from a university duly recognized by Central Government or a State Government with a minimum of 60% marks in respect of General category & other category candidates and 55% marks in respect of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile.
4. Electronics discipline: Full-time Bachelor of Engineering Degree or equivalent Degree from a university duly recognized by Central Government or a State Government with a minimum of 60% marks in respect of General category & other category candidates and 55% marks in respect of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering.

• Assistant Engineer/ Civil: Full-time Bachelor of Engineering Degree or equivalent Degree from a university duly recognized by Central Government or a State Government with a minimum of 60% marks in respect of General category & other category candidates and 55% marks in respect of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile.

Selection Procedure for Haryana Power Utilities Assistant Engineer/ Electrical & Assistant Engineer/ Civil Jobs:

The selection of the candidates for Haryana Power Utilities Jobs or HPUs Jobs will be done on the basis of GATE 2017 score.
