Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Sr. Manager (Tech/HR/law): Graduation in any stream, MBA in HRM or PG Diploma in Personnel Management, LLB with 17 years experience.
- Manager (Tech/HR/Fin/Security): CA/ICWA, Graduation in any stream with 13 years experience.
- Dy. Manager (Tech/HR/Fin): CA/ICWA with 9 years experience.
Age Limit
- Sr. Manager (Tech/HR/law): The maximum age of the candidates shall not exceed 45 years as on 30 April 2015.
- Manager (Tech/HR/Fin/Security): The maximum age of the candidates shall not exceed 38 years as on 30 April 2015.
- Dy. Manager (Tech/HR/Fin): The maximum age of the candidates shall not exceed 34 years as on 30 April 2015.
