Eligibility Criteria:

| Stenographer (Eng.) | Graduate. Must have passed Shorthand Examination and Typewriting examination in English from any recognized University/Board/ recognised Board of shorthand and typewriting examination @ 80 words per minute and 30 words per minute respectively |
| Stenographer (Bilingual) | Graduate. Must have passed Shorthand Examination and Typewriting examination in English @ 80 words per minute and 30 w.p.m. & in Hindi @ 80 words per minute and 25 w.p.m. respectively from any recognised Board of shorthand and typewriting examination /recognised University/ Board. |
| Translator | Law Graduate from any recognised University. Weightage shall be given to Legal Assistants attached to the Hon’ble Chief Justice or the Hon’ble Judge, successfully discharging their duties. |
| Hindi Stenographer | Graduate. Must have passed Shorthand Examination and Typewriting examination in Hindi @ 80 words per minute and 25 w.p.m. from any re-cognised Board of short-hand and typewriting examination/ recognised University/ Board. |
| Assistant Librarian | Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science from any recognised University. |
| Assistant GradeIII | Graduate. One year diploma Course in computer from I.T.I. or any equivalent recognized Board/ University. |
| Assistant GradeIII (Computer) | Graduate. Post Graduate Diploma in Computer from any Institution recognised by a University (recognised by University Grants Commission). |
| Assistant GradeIII (Photocopy) | Graduate. Two years working experience of Photocopy Machine operation. Preference will be given to those candidates who have any certificate in photocopy machine operation and maintenance and; The candidate must have knowledge of Computer Operation. |
| Library Assistant (A.G.-III) | Bachelors Degree in Library Science from any recognized University. |
| P.B.X. Operator | Graduate. |
